- By accessing and using the "E-GOVER.NET - BG-RO ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT CROSS-BORDER ADMINISTRATIVE PLATFORM" website, hereinafter referred to as "Website", you make an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, by which you declare that you wish to use the services of the site and that you are familiar with these Terms and you are obliged to observe them.
