Registered users in the secure electronic delivery system exceed 10,000. At present, the e-Service system, maintained by the State Agency for Electronic Management (EAE), provides access to data from 11 registers with 23 reports, and the process of joining new registers is continued.
As of September 2018, the e-Service system allows a total paperless interaction with 130 administrations and persons performing public functions and organizations providing public services (Article 1, paragraph 2 of the Law on e-Governance). There are already 420 companies in their system profiles.
Through the web interface of the eProcurement system https://edelivery.egov.bg, every citizen can now also check which personal data he / she finds in the registers and how they are used by the administrations. This is possible for registered users through the services of the EADS "Providing access of individuals to information related to them and kept in registers of primary administrators" and "Providing a personal reference to an individual for access by third parties to his / her data available in registers, via the RegiX Interregistration Registry ".
Registration in the Safe e-Service System can be done with the Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) or the Personal Identification Code (PIC) of the National Social Security Institute.
